Braxton has driven innovation and growth in senior management roles with technology and media companies, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Tandberg Television (an Ericsson Company) where he led the rapid expansion of the company into the North American television market and video on demand (VOD) software business. There he launched and secured key customers for Tandberg's pioneering television distribution, management and advertising products, contributing to the acquisition of Tandberg by Ericsson for $1.2 billion in 2007. Braxton joined Tandberg through their $120 million acquisition of venture-backed startup N2 Broadband, where he drove key deployments of the company's on demand software in nearly every VOD site in North America. Previously, Braxton worked at Cox as Director of Product Strategy for the cable division and GM in the interactive media division, where he launched the first broadband internet content service in partnership with @Home. Braxton's first tech startup experience was as the head of commercial services with Primenet, an internet startup purchased by GlobalCenter. John co-founded and ran engineering at N2 Broadband, where he built a number of key successful products, including the world's first widely deployed secure VOD content distribution system and the next-generation open VOD management platform for North America's largest cable operators, who are now using the system to deliver millions of streams of video per day in the largest cities in the US. In addition to founding N2 Broadband, John was head of software engineering at The Weather Channel and VP of Software Engineering at Scientific-Atlanta (now part of Cisco), where he built the industry's first widely deployed two-way digital television platform, which is deployed in almost half of the cable systems in the US today. John received his Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Florida State University. |

Rob has served as a senior executive for media and technology companies for over 15 years. His experience includes 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Knology, Inc., a pioneer of the triple-play broadband services industry and Vyyo Inc. a manufacturer of broadband network components for the cable industry. He was also the 4th employee and served as Treasurer of Powertel, Inc., a PCS company which was acquired by T-Mobile in 2000. Rob was most recently the CFO for a global sourcing and manufactured products company with operations in the United States, China and India. During his career, Rob has focused on strategies for high growth, early and medium stage companies and has raised in excess of $1 billion in capital through equity and debt financings, both public and private. Rob is a CPA and started his career at a large international public accounting firm after earning his bachelors degree from Emory University and an MBA from Tulane University.

Gabriel joined Clearleap following his time as Vice President, Sales for Navic Networks, a premier iTV and advanced advertising solutions company. As part of the management team, Gabriel played a key role in Navic's recent acquisition by Microsoft and worked extensively with numerous MSOs, serving as the primary liaison to Comcast during their launch of Navic's various iTV, VOD and enhanced television products. At Gotuit Media Corp, he held the position of VP, Business Development and was responsible for selling and distributing Gotuit's technology and programming. Gabriel also held senior level sales positions at Open TV Inc. and The Box Music Network, a division of MTV Networks. Gabriel attended American University's School of International Service in Washington DC. |

He also managed the complete overhaul of a large cable operator's video asset management system. Drake led the engineering effort for Tandberg's expansion into Europe and Asia. Drake's previous experience includes key engineering and management roles within software development organizations. Drake holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Peter joined Clearleap after working as VP of Advertising Strategy at Move Networks, where he created new revenue models for broadband TV clients such as ABC, Fox, Ogilvy, and Starcom. As VP of Business Development, Peter oversees strategic partnerships, alliances and technology integrations for the Clearleap’s groundbreaking TV technologies. Prior to Peter’s time at Move, he was a Business Development Executive at AdMission Corp, MetaTV and Alta Vista, where he successfully spearheaded new business models, partnerships and revenue growth for technology related endeavors. Peter attended the University of California, Davis and the University of Miami School of Law.

Jim's prior experience includes software design and development roles at Raytheon, eSoft, and FundTech, where he built his base of expertise in enterprise billing systems, high-transaction network servers, component-based architecture, and massively scalable database-driven applications.
