In this highly autonomous role, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and lead generation programs to drive revenue growth of our video content delivery based product. You will interface with other senior managers up through executive management to ensure optimal planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• All aspects of press and analyst relations, lead generation campaigns, website and online marketing, collateral, and branding, tradeshow participation, speaking engagements etcÉ, assisted, as needed, by a team of professionals and external providers
• Development of marketing communication strategy and plans including PR, Marketing and Technical collateral
• Prioritization of multiple tasks effectively and perform a variety of deadline-driven projects
• Active participation in company and product positioning and key messages
• Providing connectivity between business units / product marketing to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Planning and executing cost effective and successful lead generation programs and events and qualifying them into sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• College degree required, MBA a plus
• 7-10 years experience in a hands-on marketing role within a B2B focused internet video or set top box technology provider
• Experience with a startup company strongly preferred
• Understanding of internet video streaming/distribution technologies and business models and if possible understanding of digital video solutions in cable, IPTV, Satellite and Broadband TV environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a highly organized manner
• Able to handle multiple time-sensitive initiatives and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
• Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
• Desire and ability to take ownership of producing stated operational objectives
