About the Position:
The Operational Manager position is an exciting opportunity in the video streaming/distribution industry to manage implementation and deployment of IPTV, Cable, Satellite and Broadband video solutions. This position will manage all aspects of the process from PO receipt to deployment and turn up of Clearleap solutions as well as continuing operational account management.

Key Responsibilities Include:  

• Primary interface for Clearleap customers
• Define, organize and manage in house and outsourced support services
• Ensure that communication channels between the two companies are open and complete
• Acts as the customer advocate
• Track customer issues and communicate priorities to senior management
• Serves as the customer contact or escalation point for ongoing issue resolution involving deployed solutions and customer support
• Coordinate procument for customer deployments

Required Skills:

• Experience deploying Digital Video Systems
• Strong Program Management skills
• Knowledge of Digital Video and Internet Video Streaming/Distribution technologies
• Experience with telecommunications, cable or content distribution customers
• Strong leadership and presentation skills

Desired Skills:

• Five (5) years of program/project management experience
• Knowledge of IPTV, Broadband, Cable and Telecommunications industries
• Experience with Cable Headend equipment
• PMP certification
